Founded in 2011, China Innovation and Development Research Institute (CID) is a think-tank consulting and research organization co-founded by experts and professionals from many countries and regions around the world.
In 2023, CID established the Green Intelligent Building Development Center (CGIC), which is dedicated to the research and development of fully prefabricated, highly integrated, and full life-cycle-managed "Modular Integrated Construction" (MIC) products and technologies.
