The CID-MIC fully assembled concrete modular integrated building system is a new comprehensive MIC technology system developed by China Innovation Green Intelligent Construction Development Center. This system is based on the current MIC technology and incorporates innovations in craftsmanship, integration, and information technology applications. It targets low to mid-rise buildings and transforms concrete components into modules and into finished products. By integrating systematic production management concepts from the manufacturing industry, buildings can be produced and mass-produced, giving them the full attributes of industrial products. This approach aims to truly achieve the new goals of construction industrialization: "enhancing quality, increasing efficiency, reducing labor, and minimizing consumption."

CID-MIC standardized connection technology:
Combining the parts into one to achieve overall safety

CID-MIC fully assembled concrete modular integrated building standardized nodes are the basis for achieving high quality and high efficiency of the modular products. Through mature vertical steel bar mortar anchor lap connection and vertical steel bar mechanical connection technology, the connection between the inner wall plate of the modular product and the top plate and bottom plate, the vertical connection between modular products, and the connection between the modular product and the foundation are realized. Through mature horizontal steel bar anchor ring connection technology, the connection between the inner wall plate of the modular product and the wall plate is realized, and after calculation and test verification, the safety reserve of the connection node is more than doubled.

A BIM-based digital platform for modular integrated intelligent construction

 The combination of BIM technology with new-generation information technologies enables integrated and efficient collaboration across project planning, design, construction, and operations under a digital chain. This integration delivers human-centric, intelligent, and sustainable engineering products and services.
By leveraging a multi-dimensional visualization approach, we deeply integrate BIM with advanced digital technologies such as GIS and VR. This integration focuses on the planning, design, production, and construction of CID-MIC products. We have created an environment that conveys multi-dimensional information, allowing all stakeholders to view designs from their perspectives. They can freely rotate, zoom, and examine models, designs, and all other markings and annotations. This interactive multi-dimensional interface effectively explores potential project solutions, facilitates collaboration among multiple parties, and enhances the constructibility and implementation efficiency of the project.

Utilizing digital twin models to enable the digital delivery of content or services

By leveraging digital twin models, digital delivery can be achieved by simulating the behavior of actual systems, products, or processes in a virtual environment, allowing for analysis and optimization. Digital twin models can be used for virtual demonstration, virtual testing, and virtual collaboration. In the process of digital delivery, digital twin models enable stakeholders to better understand and analyze the characteristics of physical systems, products, or processes, providing enhanced predictive analysis and decision support.
