Bachelor of Chinese Language and Literature from Harbin Normal University, Master of Chinese Language and Literature from Beijing Normal University, EMBA from Tsinghua University.

He is currently the Chairman of the Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Cultural Development Committee of the China Oriental Culture Research Association.
