The Golden Age Exhibition and Summit has been successfully held for eight times. Following the pace of the times, CGIC will participate in the 9th Golden Age Exhibition and Summit, focusing on "Flexible Innovation Leading the Future", discussing aging issues and demonstrating the application of smart technology in elderly care.
Innovative Practices in Building Technology and Smart Elderly Care
China Innovation Development Research Institute's Green Intelligent Building Development Center (CGIC) showcased its independently developed "Mobile Elderly-friendly MIC Holiday (Camping) Houses and Holiday Camp Smart Overall Solution" at the exhibition. This project is based on CID-MIC (Modular Integrated Construction Technology System) development, combining the characteristics of "mobile", "elderly-friendly", and "zero waste", providing an innovative holiday experience solution for the aging society.

The 9th Golden Age Exhibition and Summit (2024)
During the summit, our Investment Director Ms. Jody Chau delivered a keynote speech entitled on "The Development and Practice of Building Technology and Smart Elderly Care".
Ms. Jody Chau introduced the Sai Kung International Health Valley project in detail. The project adopts the most cutting-edge modular building technology and intelligent elderly care technology, aiming to create a safe, comfortable and healthy elderly care environment for the elderly.
Relying on Hong Kong's beautiful natural environment, the project provides abundant health care facilities, advocates a positive lifestyle for the elderly, and ensures that the physical and mental health of residents are fully cared for.
The 2024 Golden Age Exhibition and Summit focuses on "Aging, Sustainability, Opportunity", bringing together global experts to discuss solutions to aging .
CGIC hopes to inject new vitality into Hong Kong's senior care industry through this exhibition.
